About the Role
• UAV Assembly: Perform the assembly of UAV airframes, integrating various avionics components such as servos, harnesses,
engines, and other related hardware according to specifications and technical drawings.
• Avionics Integration: Install and integrate avionics systems, ensuring proper alignment, secure connections, and
functionality of all components.
• Wiring and Harnessing: Fabricate and route electrical harnesses, ensuring correct installation and compliance with industry
standards.
• Testing and Calibration: Conduct functional testing and calibration of integrated components to ensure they meet performance
criteria and safety standards.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve any issues or malfunctions during the assembly and integration process, ensuring all

Requirements
-Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics, avionics, or a related field preferred.
-Experience: Proven experience in assembly and integration of mechanical and electronic components, preferably in the
aerospace or UAV industry
-Skills:
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Familiarity with testing and calibration tools.
• Ability to work with small, delicate components with precision.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.
-Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 20 Kgs, and perform repetitive tasks requiring fine motor skills.
