The opportunity at a glance
Supervising the batch plant daily activities and ensure controlling & utilizing all the available resources in terms of people, material & equipment. Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies and ensure that the highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained. Planning the production activities and Headcount. Ensure availability of the required resources in terms of raw material, Headcount & equipment to fulfill the production plan requirements. Monitoring & improving the utilization of the available resources to meet KPIs. Apply the cost control and waste management criteria to enhance the resources utilization. Responsible for the daily reporting & production KPIs. Acting as the batch plant focal point during the assigned shift for alignment with other functions “Inventory, Commercial, Quality & Mobile Equipment”.
Job responsibilities:
Requirements
Education: Technical adequate degree preferred engineering
Technical Skills: MS office, strong problem solving, negotiation skills
Experience: 8 years of related experience, or 3 years of engineering experience
