About the Role
Job Purpose: Assist in ensuring the billing system running with a good flow through developing, assessing & maintaining all billing systems (Billing System, Payment system & Bill presentment solution). Job Description: -Receives business demands for new plans, changes or problems for applications to assess them and provide feedback. -Contact the system vendors for system trouble shooting and problem solving to ensure the security and flow of the billing cycle. -Participate in Solving problems or implementing new plans received from the business on the system to serve the business as needed.
