About the Role
Evaluate business processes, requirements, areas for improvement to develop and implement solutions.
Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
Takes corrective actions when risks/issues affecting release progress.
Stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
Perform user acceptance testing.
Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
Job responsibilities:
Requirements
BSc in Computer science or a relevant field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field Excellent problem solving & critical thinking skills. Experience creating detailed reports and business insights Fintech experience is a plus.
