About the Role
- Prepare & review the month-end closing reports. - Report the Employee Benefits Ops performance metrics on monthly basis. - Prepare monthly and quarterly FRA reports. - Calculate the Group & Credit Life profit share reserves. - Report Egypt’s Group & Credit Life ANP to the regional team. - Reconcile Accounting & Ops reports on monthly basis. - Calculate the Group & Credit Life production. - Calculate and review the benefit ratio by analyzing the P&L. - Prepare dashboards for the team’s stakeholders. - Prepare ad-hoc reports requested from stakeholders. - Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and data to the relevant BU in line with agreed SLA.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English and Excel is a Must.
