About the Role
Capiter Future Thriver Program prepares individuals to anticipate and deal with challenging situations, solve complex problems, manage high-impact projects and build networks. Our Future Thriver Program is 12 months in duration. During this time, each CFTP will:
- Rotate through different departments and dive into on-the-job experiences
- Receive coaching from leaders of Capiter for ongoing professional development
- Demonstrate his/her potential and capability by undertaking various projects
- Deliver regular presentations to seek managements feedback
Our program is designed in a way that will help CFTPs make the most of their potential, personally and professionally. Every 4 months, CFTPs will rotate to a different department or work on a different project to ensure their exposure and learning at Capiter is optimum.
