About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Associate (English Speaker) located in Cairo. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction, managing customer experience, and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette. Daily tasks will involve responding to customer support requests, resolving issues promptly, and delivering excellent customer service.
