Developer - Genesys & Five9 Applications

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up and configure Genesys as per customer requirements.

2. Set up and configure Freshdesk and Five9 to meet customer needs.

3. Develop workflows, IVRs, and integrations as required.

4. Assist the operations team with technical support during the implementation and operational phases.

5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to maintain service continuity.

6. Work with voice platform hardware, Session Border Controllers (SBC), SIP protocols, and related technologies.

7. Ensure seamless integration and performance optimization of voice and ticketing systems.

8. Collaborate with customers to understand and document their requirements.

9. Translate requirements into actionable configurations within Freshdesk and Five9 platforms.

Qualifications:

· Experience with Genesys and Five9 platforms (certifications is must).

· Engineering in Computer Science or Applications or Graduate in Computer Science

· Experience with Freshdesk systems is preferable in addition.

· Strong knowledge of voice platform hardware, SBC, and SIP.

· Ability to configure and integrate enterprise-level applications.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

· Years of Experience: 10-12 years
