Digital Finance Team Leader (Indoor Team Leader)
Job responsibilities:
• Evaluate sales records periodically, Achieves team portfolio & Sales target with quality standards
• Preparing and delivering reports to the management
• Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conducted sales meeting
• Appraise & Monitor performance of sales team, give suggestions, reward or award punishment
Requirements
• University Degree, Bachelor of Business Administration, commerce, economics
• 3-5 years of experience in Microfinance / FMCG/ Banking “Preferable”
• 1-2 Years of Experience as a team leader is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
