- Manage implementation of preventive Maintenance activities with high performance. - Monitor and control the effectiveness of preventive maintenance programs to close the gap. - Assists the preventive maintenance manager to prepare an effective maintenance budget by highly accurate major activities estimation. - Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies and ensure that the highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained. - Measure and monitor electrical equipment conditions, analyze trends, and identify the needs for electrical maintenance taking into account production constraints. - Maintain in depth knowledge of the condition of all electrical equipment on a continuous basis. - Ensure the planned inspection of all electrical equipment and initiate work orders based on inspection results, including safety checks. In case of anomaly, performs first analysis and defines priorities for each action.

Requirements
Education: BSC degree in Electrical Engineering
Technical Skills: -Knowledge of all kinds of electrical maintenance. -Ability to analyze a given Data and give a recommendation -Technical Reporting and Mailing -Budget and cost sharing and oriented -Problem solving and methods and tools (Root Cause Failure Analysis, Risk Analysis) -Understanding of cause and effect relationships
Experience: Minimum 3 year experience in electrical maintenance, electrical inspection and motors diagnoses analysis.
