About the Role
The opportunity at a glance
Responsible on financial controlling activities on remote sites in addition to managing 2 subordinates for conducting the job purpose. Sites Stocks takes spares and materials, reporting and approvals of results. Monitoring and controlling slow moving and obsolete spares, insure proper reporting and provisions. Follow up on the proper execution of company inventory process on sites : issuance and receiving of spares on sites, diesel consumption and receiving, refurbishment of spares, etc.. Engagement in scrap sales decisions and execution. Follow up on material master data maintenance. Lead with the operational team spare parts minimax project committed by ourselves with the group audit and sustain the project if implemented.
Job responsibilities:
Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Commerce – (Accounting / Finance).
Technical Skills: Good knowledge of the Group policies, organization, methodologies and good practices General knowledge of internal control concepts and ERP Good knowledge of the business on the field Good knowledge of accountings.
Specific Skills: Project management skills, Excellent aural, oral and written communications, Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Access).
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in controlling activities.
