Full-Stack Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers.

· Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

· Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

· Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

· Implement and maintain backend services using Java, ensuring seamless integration with frontend components.

· Develop user-friendly web interfaces using Angular.

· Perform code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

· Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and integrate them into the development process.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of web applications.

· Proficiency in Java for backend development.

· Expertise in Angular for frontend development.

· Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.

· Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

· Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks.

· Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

· Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

· Knowledge of microservices architecture.

· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
