About the Role
Who are we looking for?
Milezmore is looking for Head of Product to lead product development and management inline with Milezmore vision and overall strategy.
What you will do?
- Developing overall Product strategy and implementation to enable a deep and better understanding of customer experience by identifying and filling product gaps and generating new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Driving product launches activities based on business and client’s impact by working closely with engineering and marketing teams to deliver optimal resources,
- Managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch across product lines.
- Driving innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action.
- Creating product delivery processes to deliver product that satisfy the clients’ needs.
- Leading, managing & mentoring team of product managers to ensure the processes implementation & delivery of product.
- Assessing product development sprints and enhancement opportunities.
- Partnering up with other functions leaders in order to align and execute product strategies.
- Spearheading investigation and analyses on the product to identify opportunities and influence the business’s product strategy.
Job responsibilities:
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science
- Seven years of product development experience in a scaled start-up or matrix organization.
- People Management Experience.
- Experience in leading product from concept to launch.
