About the Role
"- Prepare HVAC design drawings complete with Technical Reports and Engineering Calculations using all relevant software. - Prepare the design works for the project in accordance with international standards and local codes/regulations. - Ensure effective coordination with other disciplines such as Architectural, Electrical and Structural Engineering. - Model on and use Autodesk software (Revit & AutoCAD). - Publish submission sheets with different format (3D model, CAD, PDF, DWF, etc.). - Prepare Cooling/Heating load calculations. - Prepare Pressurization and Smoke Management systems calculations. - Design and size ducting and piping systems. - Familiar with ASHRAE and SMACNA standards. - Perform selection of HVAC equipment and size the mechanical rooms. - Prepare Data Sheets, Systems Comparison Reports, and Bill of Quantities. "
Job responsibilities:
Requirements
"- BSc. in Mechanical Power Engineering. - 3 – 7 years of experience in the Design Field. - Demonstrating proficiency in Autodesk Revit, CAD and Microsoft office applications. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent Team Work capabilities. - Fluent in English language (Speaking, reading and writing). - Design experience is a must, construction experience is a plus. - Familiar with local authorities’ requirements and regulations. - Familiar with international Codes and Standards. - Professional in using Carrier E-20 HAP software. - Basic knowledge of Navisworks is preferred. "
