 Actively participate in the planning and implementation of systems, infrastructure and related hardware and software.
• Be able to serve as a Lead Engineer on engagements and work directly with Project Management, Account Management and Customer teams.
• Provide subject matter expertise in the areas of supported IBM WebSphere products in regards to configuration, patching and vendor recommendation.

• High level of design, architecture and engineering expertise with virtualization and automation technologies.
• Provide subject matter expertise in the areas of supported IBM WebSphere products in regards to configuration, patching and vendor recommendation.
• Responsible for installation, maintenance and administration of IBM Products such as WAS, BPMi, MQ, IIB, APIC, IIS, etc. on a Unix platform.
• Ensure the integrity, security, and availability of all WebSphere Application servers, WebSphere MQ and IIB servers, etc. and connectivity to and from servers in accordance to business needs and industry best-practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide second and third level support for WebSphere servers in a highly available, 24x7 enterprise environment
• Oversee server and operating system security following corporate guidelines.
• Mentor and cross train other team members in key skill sets.

• Mange networks and all TCP/IP tasks under Linux, Windows, and AIX.

You will interact daily with technical resources, which are fulfilling technical requirements for the customer. Your goal will be to work with all stakeholders to help ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust, and scalable solutions with minimal business impact.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience
• Experience in administering and support of IBM WebSphere Products on Unix and Windows platforms is a plus.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience with IBM products such as BPM, WebSphere MQ, IIB, APIC and WAS
• Experience in developing Unix Scripts
• Cloud experience is a plus
• Strong oral and written communication skill
• Bachelor Degree, Associates degree or equivalent.
• Strong analytical abilities and professional office experience needed.
• Document problems and resolution for future reference.
• Excellent communication skills particularly across functional technical areas.
