About the Role
Job Purpose: Provide on time technical application support and problem solving during all operational hours for (RA, FMS and High Usage) systems and ensure healthy environment to the company's systems and uninterrupted smooth business. Job Description: -Implement system updates as per the change management process to ensure proper implementation for fixes and new function deployment are timely and accurately deployed to production. -Ensure data delivery (CDRs, payment files, etc…) and availability by developing/automating/applying daily health checks to ensure detection of abnormal data delays/leakage. -Follow up with Application Development and vendors on open production issues to ensure timely fix implementation -Participate in all programs relating to performance evaluations and career development planning for team members.
