About the Role
- Conduct integration TCs ( Offline & Online tests) to confirm success of integration
phase.
- Identify, analyze and report faults/bugs found using appropriate fault
management tools
- Ensure that the results of V&V processes are documented, reviewed and corrective
action taken where appropriate.
- Participate in deploying the correct configurations at clients sides ( WebSphere
- application server).
- Assign the issue to appropriate team and follow up in case of releasing hot fix or new build.
- Communicate effectively with customers, including detailed explanation of the issue and providing resolutions and callbacks and follow-up on their issues.
- Handling required changes over different databases with a good knowledge of DB2, Oracle and MS SQL.
