Achieve Interest Rate Trading budget. Manage and Monitor the Bank's Trading portfolio. Design the Desk’s Medium/Long term strategy in collaboration with the Head of Trading/ Head of CM. Supervise and ensure smooth operation of all day to day activities. Comply and adhere with the rules and regulations of the Central Bank of Egypt. Strictly abides by pre-approved group and internal limits. Adhere to the LBF/Volcker Mandates of FX Spot & Structuring desks, Fixed Income Desk and FX FWD desk Mandates. Manage and supervise the Interest Trading Team. Dynamic management for market volatility, to ensure continuous alignment with the bank's strategy and Target budget. Biding in Ministry of Finance Treasuries Auctions. Develop new and maintain existing relationships with other market participants to maximize trading opportunities and ultimate profits. Cover banks clients’ needs in MM & fixed income products. Development of Capital Markets Products Range to well position. Coordinating with the CM Sales team in identifying opportunities and developing new business scope. Ensure continuous guidance and development of the team members to satisfy the job requirements. Maintain good relation with market participants. Liaise with the bank's various departments to acquire the required approvals in the process of onboarding new clients or adding a new product. Ensure smooth coordination and harmony between CM’s FO and BO.

Bachelor degree ACI certified minimum of 5 Years of relevant of dealing room work experience Computer skills is highly required especially in excel and words Long Working Hours Working in Local holidays is frequent in order to fulfill customers, and CM transactions related to International Market
