The opportunity at a glance The Internal Communication Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s overall internal communications strategy, in addition to helping streamlining any communication that occurs within the organization and keeping employees engaged with the activities of different departments across the company in order to create an inclusive environment of shared understanding, making colleagues feel informed and connected with the organization’s work and its mission.

Education: Bachelor of: Mass Communications, Integrated Marketing Communication Technical Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication skills, Perfect Arabic & English writing language skills, Communication plan execution, Digital social media & design capacity knowledge, Organized, Strategic & creative thinker, High level of attention to detail, Strong team ethic and diplomatic team player, Proactive problem-solver, Positive & flexible attitude, Ability to remain composed under pressure Experience: 4-6 Years in relevant field Language skills: Fluent Written and Spoken English
