About the Role
Job Purpose: Support the development and implementation of IT Governance frameworks which include IT processes management, IT Projects management, IT dashboards, and KPIs reporting and to the IT management. Job Description: -Identify critical IT processes and build the roadmap for implementations. -Develop, maintain and monitor IT processes. -Initiate continuous improvement program for IT processes, KPIs and measurements. -Ensure that appropriate frameworks exist and are aligned with relevant standards to identify, assess, mitigate, manage, communicate and monitor IT-related business risks.
