About the Role
• Managing all daily correspondence in efficient way and all kind of queries received via E-mail or Bizflow or walking internal customer. • making sure to meet the standard TAT. . • Responsible to deliver the high quality of operation outputs • Responsible to maintain the efficient communication between company and our internal / external customers. • Revising the collected premium amounts and posting the collected premiums. • Dispatching all issued bills on daily basis. • Ensure full compliance with the Company Code of Conduct. • Carry out any other assignment as required. • Handle the 409 sheets. • Handle TRF requests. • Commission Run
Requirements
- 2 years min. experience in the financial or commercial industry.
