We are looking for a talented Project Manager To oversee different initiatives or projects of a business, monitor their progress and completion, and
Job responsibilities:
· Coordinate internal resources and third vendor for flawless execution of projects.
· Ensure that all the projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
· Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
· Ensure resources availability and allocation.
· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedules and costs.
· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
· Report and escalate to management as needed.
· Manage the relationship with the client and stakeholders.
· Perform Risk management to minimize project risks.
· Establish and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
· A post graduate is a must preferred management specialties.
· From 3 to 5 years of experience as a project manager in Marketing and Advertising Agency.
· Excellent client facing and internal communications skills.
· Solid organizational skills, attention to details, and multi-tasking skills.
· PMP Certificate is preferable.
