The opportunity at a glance
- Manage implementation of preventive Maintenance activities with high performance. - Monitor and control the effectiveness of preventive maintenance programs to close the gap. - Assists the preventive maintenance manager to prepare an effective maintenance budget by highly accurate major activities estimation. - Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies and ensure that highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained. - Measure and monitor all plant equipment conditions, analyzes trends, and identify the needs for maintenance taking into account production constraints. - Maintain in depth knowledge of the condition of all plant equipment on a continuous basis. - Ensure the planned inspection of all plant equipment and initiate work orders based on inspection results, including safety checks. In case of anomaly, performs first analysis and defines priorities for each action.

Requirements
Education: BSC degree in Mechanical Engineering
Technical Skills: - Knowledge of all kinds of maintenance. - Ability to analyze a given Data and give a recommendation - Technical Reporting and Mailing - Budget and cost sharing and oriented - Problem solving and methods and tools (Root Cause Failure Analysis, Risk Analysis) - Understanding of cause and effect relationships
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance, mechanical inspection and condition based monitoring
