About the Role
Key Responsibilities: Process consulting and analysis of relevant business processes together with the project teams, and adoption and coordination of the recorded requirements
Recording and definition of the requirements from the customer’s perspective, with the involvement of internal IT, the specialist departments and external service providers
Supporting the sales and presales teams in the presales phase
Technical conception and customising for business requirements in collaboration with the project teams
Conducting requirements workshops and attending appointments at the customer’s premises
Creating functional specifications based on the analysed business processes
