About the Role
- Manage the multimedia team, overseeing their roles and responsibilities.
- Create motion graphics themes for various projects, adding a dynamic visual element to the content.
- Brainstorm and create the setup for both indoor and outdoor shootings, ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual presentation.
- Provide creative input and direction during the pre-production phase.
- Ensure that the content aligns with the brand and messaging objectives.
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the production process.
- Manage production budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during production.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and communications, to ensure seamless integration of media content into broader campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations or relevant field.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and keeping up with industry trends.
Technical Skills: - A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience with video editing and motion, graphic designing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your video editing skills and creativity.
- Proficient in video editing and motion graphics software's such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
