About the Role
Job Purpose: Administration, managing and development of Etisalat IT Data and Voice Network to achieve the highest level of availability and performance to all the Corporate services provided to internal Etisalat staff as well as the services offered to Etisalat Subscribers. Job Description • Administer all network equipment, hardware (routers, switches, wireless access points, voice servers, gateways and IP phones) and software upgrades. • Perform network design and capacity planning. • Interact and negotiate with different vendors during implementations of new projects and support for the existing and finished projects. • Develop, implement and maintain network and IP Telephony policies and procedures.
