About the Role
· Leading (Coach, inspire, motivate, evaluate and develop) a team of performance testing engineers, across multiple engagements.
· Overseeing all deliveries making sure all timelines, KPIs and targets are met.
· Governance of all performance activities across all engagements.
· Escalation point for all performance testing activities in all engagements.
· Strategize & implement critical initiatives for performance testing, in line with the organizations’ vision & growth plans.
Consult in all nonfunctional testing activities and engagements.
Requirements
· BSC of Engineering or Computer Science
· ISTQB certification
· 10+ years of performance testing experience with proven record in performance testing large scale projects.
· Expert knowledge of nonfunctional testing especially Performance testing.
· Able to work independently in a highly dynamic environment with strong analytical skills, organized, self-motivation in addition to having excellent communications and Presentation skills.
· Ability to deliver challenging targets in a dynamic environment with a full understanding of customer demands/needs and flexibility to exceed customers’ expectations.
· Solid communication skills with capability of networking on global environment in a way that supports business growth activities.
Proven track record of governing performance projects, building and mentoring performance teams in addition to practical hands on experience with large scale performance projects.
