Job responsibilities:
Duties:
support the daily shifts for Home Nursing service and support the physiotherapy packages execution
ensuring the quality of nursing and physiotherapy services mainly and supports any operation requests for any other service
Follow up on Nursing & Physiotherapy requests from Backend.
Follow up on the onboarding process for HCPs.
Deliver the home nursing requests immediately to the head nurse.
Coordinate with the head nurse for recommending nurses for a long stay for the user.
Communicate with Physiotherapists & users to arrange the physiotherapy packages.
Follow up on different services requests to ensure service delivery.

Bachelor's Degree,( Medical Background is a plus)
Startup experience is a plus
EnergeticExcellent communication skills
Computer skills office package
Excellent English language
