Job description

  • Monitoring and supervising day-to-day after registration process clients. 

  • Directly make or receive phone calls or emails to or from clients for daily requests, problems, or complaints.


Job responsibilities:
  • Making sure that all clients in his/her account are satisfied and positive after handling any complaints or cases. 

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Must have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. 

  • V.good verbal and written English. 

  • Excellent usage of ms excel. 

  • Excellent communication skills.
