About the Role
- Execute daily marine and shipping operations for dry bulk, tanker, and container cargoes.
- Coordinate vessel operations from fixture through loading and final discharge.
- Support chartering and trading desks during fixture execution and voyage operations.
- Liaise with brokers, terminals, agents, and port authorities to ensure smooth vessel clearance.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in CTRM and Marine ERP systems.
- Monitor vessel schedules, laycan, port line-ups, and cargo movements to prevent delays.
- Coordinate freight, port costs, payments, invoicing, and cost tracking with strict follow-up.
- Prepare voyage estimates including distance, fuel consumption, and time calculations.
