Job description
We are looking for a Paid Ads Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for running, analyzing, and optimizing paid ads campaigns on a variety of platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Tiktok Ads, and Twitter Ads. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to build our MarTech infrastructure that supports our paid ads efforts.
Job responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid ads campaigns on various platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Tiktok Ads, and Twitter Ads. Monitor and analyze the performance of paid ads campaigns, using tools such as Amplitude, Adjust, Google and Facebook Ads Manager platforms beside other internal tools. Optimize paid ads campaigns to improve performance and achieve business goals Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to build and maintain the MarTech infrastructure that supports our paid ads efforts Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising, and provide recommendations for improvements and innovations Create and manage budgets for paid ads campaigns, and provide regular reporting on campaign performance and spend Conduct analysis of the acquisition conversion funnels to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field At least 2 years of experience running paid ads campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Tiktok Ads, and/or Twitter Ads Proficiency in using tools such as Adjust, Amplitude, Google and Facebook Ads Manager to analyze and optimize paid ads campaigns Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising, and a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry developments Ability to manage budgets and provide regular reporting on campaign performance and spend
