About the Role
Job Purpose: Facilitate the process of vendor selection and vendor management for all departments in order to select the suitable vendor as per Etisalat Egypt process and selection criteria. Job Description: ▪Review PRs (Purchase Requests), and then create POs (Purchase Order) to submit it to the Finance department to maintain accuracy. ▪Prepare all official letters to the vendors, such as Termination, Fraud, Warning and Certificate modification to communicate it to the vendors to maintain service quality. ▪Review contract terms and follow up delivery dates to ensure successful delivery. ▪Monitor late delivery penalties and communicate it to the vendors to notify them it in case of late delivery.
