About the Role
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and priorities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to uncover insights and validate ideas.
- Write clear and detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews in an agile environment.
- Monitor product performance through analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve.
- Align product development with company goals and ensure timely releases.
- Communicate product updates and decisions effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management within a tech-driven environment.
- Proven success delivering impactful products from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
- Experience with data analytics tools is a plus (Clarity, Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude, etc.).
