About the Role
- Show strong leadership, organizational and execution skills.
- Has the ability to conduct quantitative, qualitative and business strategy analysis to develop a revenue generating product initiatives.
- Ability to incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
- Define requirements, metrics analysis, development, testing, and launching efforts. Work with designers to optimize product features for enhanced user experience.
- Leads and motivates a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives, and maintains team health.
Job responsibilities:
Requirements
- 2+ years of product management or related industry experience.
- Experience with shipping products to the market with full understanding of pre/post- launch requirements.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements.
- Ability to conduct product discovery initiatives on real customer problems.
- Experience with delivering Fintech products.
