About the Role
We are growing and are looking for a product owner to join our team. You will be responsible for gathering and understanding business requirements, translating them into Epics and Stories, and working with the engineering & UX design teams to deliver high quality products.

Requirements & Design
Translates high level product requirements into feature and functional requirements
Works with UX design and steer designs towards product goals
Identifies gaps in requirements or in the feature design and address them
Planning & Delivery
Breaks down feature requirements into concise & small epics and stories for engineering teams
Motivates and works daily with engineering team
Manages the backlog, prioritises stories for delivery, manages team work capacity, reports on status,
Fully aware of how the product works, and is the go-to person for all product-related questions
Tests & uses the product on a regular basis and is on top of all identified issues & bugs
Fully understands how the user uses the product and is constantly listening to users' feedback and analysing users interaction with the product
Drives the E2E product testing activities
Coordinates with engineering and release management the release of the features
Monitors the performance and metrics of the product on a daily basis
Impact
Delivers features efficiently according to the agreed goals & requirements with high quality
Go-to person for owned features who fully understands its details and issues
Requirements
Bachelor degree in engineering, computer science or related field
At least 1 year of experience working as a product manager or product owner working delivering technology products with engineering and UX team using agile methodologies
In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
