About the Role
A Production Specialist takes charge of fulfilling various roles from starting production till the production ends through ensuring the smooth processes of production and distribution processes.
Typically overseeing transactions, identifying
solutions relating to the production process, monitoring day-to-day activities,
planning and managing production activities, coordinating with supervisors and
developing production plans, monitoring and managing on-going workflow;
providing technical assistance, and ensuring final products meet quality
standards.
Job responsibilities:
· Provide assistance to improve production procedures, processes and controls.
· Conduct research, design plus development of all manufacturing processes inclusive of production flow, assembly procedures and production equipment.
· Perform assignments providing best possible highest quality level.
· Prepare standard costs and evaluation on multiple product lines for different facilities.
· Coordinate manufacturing launch of new and revised products inclusive of results evaluation.
· Ensure the accuracy of implementation of the Supplier’s Evaluation
· Test &Evaluate all cost-justifying different machinery, tools and equipment for suggested manufacturing methods.
· Conduct product and process analysis for quality improvement, cost reduction and enhanced efficiency.
· Ensure the manufacturing or production on cross-functional terms.
· Provide cost evaluation, manufacturing documents and develop Bill Of Material for new projects and products.· Support production manager to identify, install and initiate manufacturing and packaging.
· Support deviation management process and primary cause evaluation for executed process deviations.
· Develop and present metrics and trending reports on corrective actions as well as deviations.
· Receive all POs from Supply Chain department and start tracking all production from suppliers

Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline.
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
0 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Computer Skills:
Advanced skills in using Microsoft office; word, excel, and PowerPoint.
Language Ability:
High proficiency of Arabic and English Languages; Ability to interpret,
analyze, and write reports.
