About the Role
Job Purpose: Optimize the radio network to reach the optimum performance through standard guidelines in alignment with the department objectives. Job Description: •Apply effective tuning measures to improve 2G/3G/4G network KPIs including Call Failure Rate (CFR), Call Drop Rate (CDR), Handover Success Rate, Soft Handover Success Rate, Location Area update, •Paging Success rate and CSSR and HSDPA/EDGE/GPRS KPI’s to ensure competitive quality of service all over the network. •Outline and provide network capacity studies for the required 2G/3G/4G expansions ensuring network performance in alignment with marketing promotions and subscriber growth
