About the Role
Carryout the daily operation of Robotic Systems end to end. Responsibilities include ensuring error free processing with no significant downtimes.
GENERIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Corporate governance Ensure all activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory/legal frameworks
ACCOUNTABILITIES
System Updates Ensure system update and compliance with ITD policies
Development Delivers development within Robotics application according to requirements from within the business
Testing Test applications through engagement with users, conduct risk assessments and prepare roll-out programs
Roll-out Support the implementation of solutions through roll-out, project management, communication and training
Maintenance Monitor and identify performance issues. Deliver problem resolution and implement required modifications
Support Daily support of all Robotic Processes
Applications monitoring Monitor applications, commission user views on solutions provided and ensure feedback is assessed and acted on.
Disaster Recover. Support Manager to ensure stand-in options are update in case of any system failure and the DR site is adequately equipped to handle recovery within the agreed timelines.
Requirements
Education
Bachelors in computer sciences or equivalent experience
Experience:
System operations and development experience in the banking sector.
Development/system experience in Robotic systems
Knowledge
5 years IT Experience in Automation-Anywhere
Knowledge of system development/programming languages
Knowledge of operating systems and their application in banking
