About the Role
The Account Manager for a Sales Account in a call center is responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring that the sales team meets revenue targets. This role requires a strategic approach to account management, team coordination, and customer satisfaction.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.

- Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Sales Performance & Revenue Growth:
- Monitor and drive sales performance to meet targets (KPIs, quotas, and conversion rates).

- Develop strategies to maximize revenue and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

- Analyze sales trends and provide reports to management and clients.
- Team Leadership & Coaching:
- Oversee and support sales team leaders and agents.

- Conduct training and mentoring sessions to enhance sales skills.

- Operational & Process Management:
- Ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns.
