About the Role
Facilitate and manage road mapping, sprint planning sessions, daily
stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
Work with product owners to define vision and ensure team is on the
right track
Ensure cross-team coordination
Resolve and support critical issues and ensure issues are addressed in a
timely manner
Identify continuous improvement opportunities, makes
recommendations for changes in policies and procedures, if necessary,
and participates in process improvement
Prepare and deliver effective verbal and written communications
regarding progress and status for both internal and external teams and
stakeholders
Perform hands-on working including analysis, design, testing, and
change management as needed by the team
Ensure agile practices are adhered to
Ensure high quality of the product releases
Managing project scope and timelines
Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning and retrospective meeting
Ensuring the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines
Ensure each person is working on the right tasks to ensure timely and high-quality
delivery
Enabling collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team
Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturit
Job responsibilities:
Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
Requirements
Possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Possess strong knowledge of the scrum framework as well as other Agile
frameworks such as Kanban, Crystal, XP, etc
A scrum master certification (CSM)
Problem-solving, prioritization and conflict-resolution skills
JIRA/Confluence experience
Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skill
