- Experienced business analysis with demonstrated history of working in financial service and FinTech industries
- Examine current and new business procedures to identify effective solutions for business and software system challenges
- Maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
- Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
- Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
- Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
- Acting as a liaison between business and IT groups.
- Supervising the design of new products and evaluating how these will perform on the market.
- Developing, analyzing, prioritizing, and organizing requirement specifications, data mapping, system analysis diagrams (use case, sequence, class, ERD diagrams, etc.), and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
- Reviewing for the User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and BRDs
- Reviewing Performing detailed functional and non-functional solution requirements specifications from the team.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology, or any relevant experience.
- Experience in software development cycle.
- Experience as in the same tittle 4-6 years
- Solid knowledge of Fintech and finance industries,
- Good knowledge in databases design.
- Experience in System Documentations and building BRDs and SRS documents and training manuals.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written communications especially related to articulating technical specifications.
- Ability to work closely with programmers, developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database maintenance and administration.
- Experience in installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems.
- Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages.
