Job responsibilities:
Take full ownership of your work and total responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way, from whiteboard sketching to high-fidelity final treatments.
Collaborate with designers, researchers, writers, product managers, engineers and other stakeholders from various areas to deliver the best possible experience.
Produce concepts and prototypes and rapidly assess whether continuing a path or changing approach is better for the product.
Contribute actively to the consolidation of Cassbana Design System
Advocate for design simplicity within the team securing consistency among deliverables of the team.
Contribute to consolidating a design-driven culture within the organization.
Requirements
Experience designing for multiple platforms (Android, iOS and desktop web-apps)
Experience with Figma or any other modern design tools
Experience building functional prototypes and scalable Design Systems
A people-oriented design mentality and you are used to using experiments, data and research to challenge/validate design decisions.
identify business problems beyond a given briefing and create a design story out of any idea.
