About the Role
Manage the product cycle end-to-end from opportunity discovery to release
planning including data analytics & user feedback management.
● Co-lead the strategic product road mapping of the full products portfolio.
● Maintain the backlog groomed & prioritized based on the product strategy.
● Own feature planning & release plans across our functional teams.
● Lead initiatives with various stakeholders to ensure shared understanding,
alignment, and hence successful delivery of product features.
● Mentor & inspire growth through the product team & technical squads.
● Oversee the development stages from kick-off sessions, sprint planning and
UAT's, evaluating the product progress at each iteration.
● Analyze, prioritize, optimize, and repeat!
Job responsibilities:
2-4 years experience of working with software development teams; product
owner or business analyst experience is a must.
● Outstanding communication, presentation, and detail-orientation skills.
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
● Basic knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
● Exceptional Interpersonal skills collaborating with cross-functional teams to
deliver on a common goal.
● Disciplined, self-motivated, and eager to learn with a can-do attitude.
● Fluency in verbal and written English is a must.
● Having an eye for awesome UX is a plus.
