About the Role
- Oversee daily operations of the electronics production line, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Lead and mentor junior production engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and testing procedures for electronic assemblies and modular systems.
- Coordinate with R&D and design teams to transfer prototypes into scalable production.
- Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory control to meet delivery timelines.
- Monitor and analyze production performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and quality assurance protocols.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to evaluate and qualify suppliers for electronic components and materials.
- Prepare regular reports on production metrics, process improvements, and equipment utilization.
Requirements
- "Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical/electronics engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in electronics manufacturing, production engineering, or industrial operations.
- Strong knowledge of PCB assembly, electronic testing methods, and production equipment.
- Solid understanding of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and quality management systems (ISO standards).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP or production management systems."
