About the Role
Use your full-stack engineering knowledge to build tools and systems that optimize growth.
Own the end-to-end delivery of projects related to the initiative, from conception and design to development and production monitoring.
You will own the technical design and will build scalable services and APIs to capture, process and store various sets of data.
Deliver performant, reliable, scalable, and secure code
Collaborate with marketing, data engineering and product teams to implement growth initiatives
Analyze data and build dashboards that measure success metrics, monitor A/B test results, and advise growth initiatives.

Job responsibilities:
Requirements
Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience as a full stack developer working with languages like Python, SQL, NodeJs. Python is highly desirable.
Experience with Javascript/HTML/CSS and modern Javascript frameworks like ReactJS or VueJS
Experience with building APIs from scratch using Frameworks like Flask and Django or ExpressJS.
Knowledgeable about modern web technologies, testing frameworks and follows industry best practices and standards
Possess expert knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms, and have a background in SOA, microservices, and CI/CD
You're comfortable working with third party APIs integration and marketing/CRM tools
Have a strong understanding of SQL
You have a strong background in computer science, with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Bonus points to have:
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Experience with streaming tools like Kafka, Etcd or RabbitMQ
Container (Docker) and container orchestration experience ( Kubernetes)
Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI
Experience with statistical data analysis and basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts
