About the Role
Supporting all aspects of research with users. This role collaborates with other team members - PMs, designers, engineers, etc. in addition to working in partnership with other researchers and research-led disciplines, to increase collective knowledge and discover insights into what would make Cassbana’s users’ experience more intuitive, accessible and seamless.
Job responsibilities:
Help plan, conduct and analyze user research at various points of the user journey using appropriate methodology (especially Qual but also Quant).
Ensure end-user participation, identify and recruit participants for research. Coordinate with others who are researching with end-users
Help generate, report and disseminate results in inspiring and compelling ways, in order to obtain insights that are as actionable as possible.
Work closely with cross-functional teams & key stakeholders, to identify and evaluate research topics, as well as engage regularly with the product design (UI/UX) team in user-centered design processes, thus ensure that user research is at the heart of design decision making
Requirements
Experience in Qual Research.
Experience in both Exploratory/Discovery research as well as Evaluative research.
Good organizational and prioritization skills.
Good level of independently performing research-related tasks like: planning, recruiting participants and conducting the fieldwork.
