About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our Cairo office and lead the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for web and mobile applications, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction and user experience
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to guide design decisions
• Translate business and user requirements into elegant, intuitive interfaces
• Maintain design systems, brand consistency, and ensure accessibility across all platforms
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and user data
• Optimize user journeys and improve key metrics such as conversion, engagement, and retention
• Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in UX/UI design roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing complex web/mobile platforms
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision
• Deep understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards
• Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
