About the Role
- Make a full Reconciliation cycle for POS with our partners.
-Check all the transactions and make chargeback after ensure from reconciliation report & refund transactions
- Handle high level of merchants’ issues according to SLA
- Prepare the settlement and reconciliation reports for all our merchants at online payment gateway project.
- Investigate at the suspected transactions and provide the required documents to Bank
