About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Software Engineer/Front-end to join our team.
As a Software Engineer/Front-end you will be responsible about developing new user-facing features, determining the structure and design of web pages, building reusable codes, optimizing page loading times, and using a variety of markup languages to create the web pages
Job responsibilities:
• Build web applications with web development best practices
• Continuously work to bolster front-end design and implementation processes in order to improve quality and efficiency.
• Transform app designs into front-end code with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Work with Software Engineer/back-end to integrate UI components with APIs and databases
• Focus on rendering performance in order to ensure superior experience for a heavy interaction platform
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical requirements or UX design
• Debug errors, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine performance optimizations
• On-site search engine optimization (SEO)
• Write high-quality, scalable, and reusable code
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience developing modern, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with JavaScript framework: Vue
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular
• Experience with JavaScript libraries such as jQuery and Bootstrap
• Proficiency with HTML5, including semantic HTML5 elements, microformats, and WAI-ARIA
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as Sass, Less, or Stylus
• Working knowledge of SEO principles
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing
