About the Role
Review work of team members (where applicable) on a timely basis and in a thorough and constructive manner.
Review all the transactions with excellent analytical skills.
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
Ensure compliance with IFRS.
Ensure in Preparing financial statements, cash flows and producing budget per schedule.
Ensure month-end and year-end close processes of accounting records.
Ensure to Produce error-free accounting reports and demonstrate their results.
Responsible for analyzing accounting information and summarizing the accounting status.
Responsible for handling client accounts and rejoining any issue derived from the clients.
Execute appropriate use of electronic working papers, Accounting tools, analytical tools and sources of knowledge.
Communicate and share all client and engagement knowledge with all the engagement team on a timely basis.

Requirements
Fluency in English is a Must. 5+ years of experience as a General Accountant An experience with SMB (Small-Medium Businesses) is a plus. Lead a team for 1-2 years (2 team members/ Accountants) Preparing Financial Reports or assistance in preparation is a MUST Bachelor Degree in Finance and Banking or Accounting Excellent time management skills. Advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables In-depth understanding of International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) Professional Qualification (CPA, CMA, CA) is a Plus. Scrum Fundamental/PMP or Agile experience is a Plus. Willingness to work under pressure as extra working hours during closing periods will apply, and this is taken into consideration in the compensation. Awareness of business trends. Open to new challenges and willing to respond towards change.
